YMCA School

The medium of instruction is English and the academic year for the school is from June to next April

Admissions are made in Pre.K.G., L.K.G., U.K.G., Classes and from standards I to XII. For direct admissions children should satisfy the age rule i.e 2+ for nursery, 3+ for L.K.G., 4+ for U.K.G./, 5+ for the I Std., and so on, on or before 31 st July of the year of admission. Students coming from unrecognised institutions will not be admitted. Xerox copy of the BIRTH CERTIFICATE and Original Copy of Transfer Certificate should be produced at the time of admission.

Morning Session 9.15 am to 12.45 pm

Lunch Break 12.45 pm to 1.35 pm

Afternoon Session 1.35 pm to 4.30 pm

Attendance of Pupils

Parent are responsible for their wards regluarity and punctuality in attending school. Minimum of 80% attendance is required for promotion to next higher class. Absent without applying for leave will be viewed seriously and punished

WITHDRAWAL

*Application for a Transfer Certificate shall be made in writing by the Parent or Guardian of the pupil one week in advance

*Transfer Certificate will be given only to those who have no dues.

*If a student leaves in the middle of the Term, the full Term fees has to be paid.

*Rs.200/- is to be paid if Transfer Certificate is required on the same day of the submission of application.

*A fee of Rs.50/- shall be levied for certificate extract from school records of Statement of Marks and Transfer Certificate
